During that time, the company has increased their emphasis on safety in the workplace while decreasing their experience modification rating. Spino has implemented safety training programs for its employees and improved safety and production by staying current with industry best practices such as engineered scaffold solutions. Management’s commitment to safety is shown through regular site visits, prompt corrective action when needed, and a forward-looking approach when planning a project. All supervisory personnel have received competent person training in scaffold erection and fall protection, and have completed the 30 hour OSHA Training Course in Construction Safety and Health. Past experience has demonstrated Spino Bros. Masonry employees to be professional and safety-conscious. It is easy to recommend their services based on their safety record.

Thanks for your efforts, the project opened on time, the owner loves the quality of your work and most important, there were no injuries. The director of OSHA, Pat Griffin, said in a September 22, 2010, meeting, the Warwick Intermodal Station project was a great safety success (partnership).
